All refund requests are reviewed individually, and processing times may vary depending on the service and payment method.

2. Tech Support Services

Refunds for tech support services are typically not offered once the service has been provided, as these are labor-based services rendered at the time of delivery. However, if you encounter issues with the resolution provided, we will work to address and resolve them to your satisfaction.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are granted only if our team is unable to resolve your issue within a reasonable time frame and all efforts to remedy it have been exhausted.
  • Request Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of service completion if there are unresolved issues.

3. Web Hosting

Our web hosting services are billed on a recurring basis. Refunds are available for new hosting accounts canceled within the first 14 days.

  • Eligibility: Refunds apply to hosting fees only and exclude domain registrations, setup fees, and add-on services.
  • Request Timeframe: Refund requests for hosting must be made within 14 days of account activation.

4. Website Development

Website development services are customized to meet individual client needs. Given the time and resources invested, refunds are only available if the project has not commenced or if an agreed-upon milestone has not been met.

  • Eligibility: Full refunds are available if the project has not yet started. Partial refunds may be considered for canceled projects based on completed milestones.
  • Request Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of the start date to cancel and request a refund if the project has not commenced.

5. Custom Programming

Custom programming services involve unique coding and development work tailored to client requirements. As a result, refunds are typically not offered after work has commenced.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available only if work has not started. If a project does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will work with you to correct it.
  • Request Timeframe: Request a refund before work begins if you need to cancel your project.

6. SEO Services

SEO services often require months to show results and involve extensive time and resources. Therefore, refunds are generally not available after work has started.

  • Eligibility: Refunds may be considered only if the service has not started. We do offer consultations to discuss your progress and strategies.
  • Request Timeframe: Contact us before service commencement to request a refund.

7. Email Hosting

Refunds for email hosting services are available for new accounts canceled within the first 14 days, excluding any setup or customization fees.

  • Eligibility: Refunds apply only to email hosting fees, excluding any domain purchases or add-ons.
  • Request Timeframe: Request within 14 days of account activation.

8. Domain Name Purchase (Coming Soon)

Domain purchases are generally non-refundable once registration is complete, as this service involves third-party providers.

  • Eligibility: Refunds may be available in the rare case of a failed registration. Domain transfers are available upon request but are non-refundable.
  • Request Timeframe: Refunds for failed registrations must be requested within 3 days.

9. Disputes and Limitations

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days once approved.
  • Refunds may be issued in the original payment method or as account credit, at our discretion.
  • Nerds Near You reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse or policy violation.
